New sequence cannot be created if user cancels providing a name for the sequence in an intemediary step

Steps to reproduce:
===============
1. Click on 'Sequences' in the left navigation
2. Click 'Add'.
3. Click 'Add Mediator' and select Core-->Log (Or any other mediator)
4.Click on 'Save'
5. Without specifying the sequence name, click cancel
6. Now add another mediator
7. Now try to save the sequence
8. You won't be able to save the sequence
