[esb-java-dev] 405 Error when accessing ESB UI

Hi all,

I'm getting a HTTP 405 error when trying to access the ESB UI. I have built
carbon, then the esb (maven clean install) and run wso2server.sh before
attempting to view https://locahost:9443/esb. Am I doing something wrong
here?
