[esb-java-dev] 405 Error when accessing ESB UI

Hi Senaka,
Can you type "ss" on the carbon console, which will show you all the 
budles, and check whether the core bundles are in active state or not? 
btw in your url you are missing and "l" in you localhost.... just check 
that out too....
