[esb-java-dev] Combine ESB and BPS

Hi 

Thanks for the help, it seems to work now and by the way it is the better approach to start with the BPS and install the esb plug in. Because a BPS is already running...
I 'll start to develop and deploy a small webservice now. I'll let you know how I get along!

Seems like the QA needs some more work!

However, I have tried doing it the other way (installing the BPS and then adding the ESB-complete feature) and that worked fine, at least to start up.
