[esb-java-user] [2.0] Using local file as WSDL URI for Proxy Service

As this point in time, I've defined a proxy for the WSDL endpoint. This proxy
contains the link to the WSDL file linked with the WSDL endpoint. Is this
the correct way to link a WSDL with a WSDL endpoint ?
