Change the WSF/PHP log filenames to wsf_php_client.log for clients and wsf_php_server.log to serverside

Currently filenames for wsf/php logs are 'wsf.log' for clientside and 'wsf_svr.log' for server side. This can make conflicts with logs generated by WSF/Ruby.

This can be avoided by changing the log filenames to 'wsf_php_client.log' and 'wsf_php_server.log', Similarly logfiles for ruby would be 'wsf_ruby_client.log' and 'wsf_ruby_server.log' and so on.
