problem starting simple axis server with savan engaged

steps to recreate the issue:

1. build wsfc with default configuration
2. start axis2_http_server on port 9090 ( without giving any command line arg)

the server segfualts...

3. start  axis2_http_server -p9080

the server starts without any problem. But it doesn't create any any database for savan.
