The WSO2 ESB team recently released version 1.7 of the the lightweight Enterprise Service Bus powered by Apache Synapse.  This is the second in our four part Webinar series on the WSO2 ESB.

In this session, Paul Fremantle - CTO of WSO2, together with Asankha Perera - ESB Architect, and Ruwan Linton - Senior Software Engineer, will examine some standard integration scenarios and explain how to support them with the WSO2 ESB.
The scenarios include:

• building a secured XML gateway to internal systems
• transforming and enhancing XML messaging
• linking file and FTP based systems with MQSeries and JMS
• polling remote systems using tasks

Asankha Perera [3] is a committer of the Apache Software Foundation and is on the Project Management Commitees (PMC) of Apache Synapse, Apache Web Services and Apache HttpComponents projects. Leading the development of the Apache Synapse ESB, he also contributes to the Apache Axis2 project. He is an Architect and Product Manager for the WSO2 ESB.
