xs:gMonth service type does not accept for valid inputs.

      Description

      Steps:
      ----------
      1. Deploy following as a xs service.

      // Echo xs:gMonth
      echoXSgMonth.inputTypes="xs:gMonth";
      echoXSgMonth.outputType="xs:gMonth";
      function echoXSgMonth(param) {
          return param;
      }


      2. And try it this service with different valid values and invalid values.


      Issue:

      It does not accept for valid inputs.

        Currently mashup server accepts --MM-- as valid inputs which was the earlier definition for xs:gMonth. But it was changed later to --MM. we need to update our components accordingly.

        This issue is coming from axis2 level,when going to convert xs:gMonth value.I have created an axis2 jira[1] instead for this issue.
